Based of Oslo, Norway, Harshita is currently leading the Projects for Nordics clients for Seamless onboarding, where her go-to mantra for successful engagement is sharp focus on simplification, collaboration and delivering continuous value.
She has vast experience and knowledge of insurance domain and had played pivotal role in delivering transformation and advisory projects by leading diverse teams, identifying interdependencies , managing complex integrations and having keen eye for compliance topics. She has worked with some prominent insurance players across UK, APAC, USA and Nordics like Liberty Mutual, Travelers, QBE, WTW, Storebrand, Tryg and Lloyds of London Syndicates. Her work underscores her capability to operate and excel in diverse and challenging environments.
