William has been working in the software industry for over 35 years, the majority of which has been in the insurance sector. He joined Contemi almost 20 years ago, as a lead developer. His prior experience included consultancy and development for various large UK insurance companies as well as Sampo and Trygg Hansa.
William progressed within Contemi to Development Manager and stepped up to UK’s Managing Director before returning to help direct and shape Seamless in various roles. Ever since Contemi has had external clients, he has been one of the key personnel to deliver solutions to them. Additionally, he has increased his responsibilities to include management clients on non-technical matters. This experience made him an ideal choice for head-up Client Services.
One of the key drivers for the creation of Seamless, even before it was Seamless, William continues to oversee and be directly involved with the successful onboarding of new clients, and then work with them to get the most business value from Seamless whilst ensuring any critical issues that do arise are dealt with efficiently.
