Seamless Insure is seeking a talented and proactive Marketing Manager to join our Business Development team in Oslo. In this key role, you’ll drive strategic marketing initiatives that shape our brand, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth in the fast-paced insurance sector.

 

This is an incredible opportunity for a marketing professional with 5-8 years of experience to lead impactful projects across multiple disciplines, from demand generation to brand building.

 

Your key responsibilities

As our Marketing Manager you’ll be responsible for the below tasks with some support from agencies:

 

Portfolio marketing

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
  • Create compelling product collateral, decks, videos, and flyers to support business objectives.
  • Define and communicate product value propositions and provide market insights to guide pricing strategies.

 

Demand generation & campaigns

  • Lead performance marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and email campaigns.
  • Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns to meet growth targets.
  • Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities through targeted campaigns.

 

Field marketing & events

  • Manage local brand awareness efforts tailored to regional markets.
  • Oversee industry event sponsorships and organise Seamless Insure events.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to activate partnerships.

 

Marketing operations

  • Ensure the website is optimised for day-to-day performance and SEO rankings.
  • Manage HubSpot workflows, analytics, and marketing reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other marketing governance requirements.

 

Content & communications

  • Build thought leadership through PR, client case studies, and social media content.
  • Collaborate on CSR strategies and client communications to enhance retention.
  • Contribute to investor relations and NPS/client surveys for actionable insights.

 

Brand & creative

  • Define and oversee the brand position, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Lead creative campaigns, including video and audio production.
  • Develop strategies for advertising, positioning, and brand governance.

 

Employee engagement & culture

  • Support internal communications to align employees with company culture and values.
  • Collaborate with HR on employer branding and engagement initiatives.

 

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 5-8 years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B, insurance or SaaS services.
  • Are a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in demand generation, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Possess excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Are proficient in HubSpot.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring compliance with industry standards like GDPR.
  • Speak English and Norwegian fluently; additional language skills are a plus.
