Insurance industry experts predict a slowdown in revenue growth for P&C carriers in 2024. Claims volumes and costs across lines of business will remain elevated in most major markets. Global macroeconomic forecasts for 2024 indicate both slowing GDP growth and continuing inflationary pressure. Talent shortages, dwindling consumer sentiment, climate hazards, and geopolitical unrest, add to the list of challenges that the industry will continue to face in 2024.
Despite the long list of challenges, experts have a positive outlook for the insurance carriers, brokers, and mgas, primarily owing to the rapid advancements in insurance technologies helping expedite the digital transformation journey for the industry. GenAI rapidly growing in its experience, now offers far more stable add-ons across the insurance value chain – addressing the looming workforce gaps in both underwriting and claims.
Join us on 23rd January in Oslo, Norway, as some of the industry and technology experts present use cases of how technology has advanced rapidly in the last couple of years and offer to ease a lot of pressure that the insurance industry currently faces.
